Each Mailbox of Distinction is professionally-designed and handcrafted for our customer. The fabrication of your mailbox generally takes three (3) to four (4) weeks. If you should need to cancel your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible. If your order is still in the fabrication stage we will stop production, assess the expense incurred to date and refund the balance of your deposit, if any.
Please note that once your Mailbox of Distinction is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
