The Mailboxes of Distinction corporate headquarters and production facility are located in Melbourne, Florida. Our modern facility comprises over 11,000 square feet of production space and employs state-of-the-art fully-automated equipment.
Mailboxes of Distinction, located in Melbourne, Florida, is the first company in the mailbox industry to utilize computerized sheet metal technology to manufacture custom one-of-a-kind architectural designs.
Custom Architectural Mailbox Division
For our custom Mailboxes of Distinction, our fabrication department utilizes computer-assisted modern metal-working machinery. This equipment includes metal shears, metal routers and metal folding machines.
Production Mailbox Division
For our "Palm Beach Collection" of production Mailboxes of Distinction, our fabrication department utilizes computer-assisted polystyrene cutting machines. Computerized operation guarantees accurate precision designs and end-product. Our specialty coating department utilizes proprietary spray equipment to apply our durable two-component, 100% solid polyurethane elastomeric coating to each Palm Beach Mailboxes of Distinction.
Paint & Finishing Department
Both departments utilize our state-of-the-art paint and finishing department with modern spray booth with climate control system and paint mixing compartment with computerized color matching system that assures that all Mailboxes of Distinction receive professional, quality color-matched coatings.
