Does a Mailbox of Distinction come with a warranty?
Mailboxes of Distinction, Inc. provides a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship on your custom mailbox if the defect is reported to us within one (1) year of the delivery date. This includes valid claims on parts, materials, workmanship and finishes.
This warranty is limited to the cost of the mailbox and does not include shipping or installation costs, misuse, damage or alterations by the customer or others, or natural weathering of the finishes. Every effort is made by Mailboxes of Distinction to produce quality finishes and products; however, irregularities and blemishes may occur and/or may be a part of the fabrication process.
