This critical part of our staff also ensures that our policies and procedures are implemented correctly. Each member of the administration support team plays an essential role in the day to day operations of Mailboxes of Distinction and is involved in facilitating the organization, development and distribution of information.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Dedication to producing the highest quality results is a must. A strong desire to learn and willingness for varied assignments are key.

A Mailboxes of Distinction design consultant serves as a direct point of contact for our unique clientele. Providing information in response to inquiries about our custom architectural mail boxes is a vital part of this position. Communication with our customers will occur in a variety of ways- by telephone, e-mail, regular mail correspondence or fax. PC knowledge is a must. Some design experience is helpful.

Previous supervisory experience in a shop environment required, combined with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Requires a B.S. degree. Purchasing manager for Mailboxes of Distinction must strive to obtain the highest quality materials at the lowest possible purchase cost. Purchaser must determine which commodities are best, choose the suppliers of the product or service, negotiate the lowest price, and award contracts that ensure that the correct amount of the product or service is received at the appropriate time. In order to accomplish these tasks successfully, the purchasing manager must study sales records and inventory levels of current stock, identify suppliers and keep abreast of changes affecting both the supply of, and demand for, needed products and materials.
Opportunities require a high school diploma or GED. Individuals are responsible for a variety of communications, recordkeeping, and scheduling operations, as well as coordination, expediting, and tracking orders for personnel, materials, and equipment. Individuals will also coordinate payment schedules with customers and arrange for the pickup or delivery of freight.
