All Mailboxes of Distinction are shipped at the customer’s expense. We will be glad to make all of the necessary shipping arrangements for your custom mail box to be delivered to your home. You may prepay the shipping or we will ship C. O. D. We will contact you prior to shipping to schedule a convenient delivery date.
Your Mailbox of Distinction will be carefully packaged in a wooden crate/box to assure that it reaches you safely. Our mailboxes are not heavy or difficult to lift and special equipment is not usually required to unload our mailboxes.
Your mailbox will be shipped to you via common ground carrier. Common ground carrier deliveries are typically made curbside. You are responsible for making special arrangements, if any required, to receive your shipment (i.e. inside delivery, special delivery appointments, re-deliveries).
Your Mailbox of Distinction will be carefully packaged in a wooden box to assure it reaches you safely. Our mailboxes are not heavy or difficult to lift and Special equipment is not usually required to unload our mailboxes. However, if you make advance arrangements, most carriers can provide a rear-lift gate to assist you in unloading your mailbox.
