- Warranty - Mailboxes of Distinction, Inc. provides a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, provided the defect is reported to us within one (1) year of the delivery date.
IV. The Palm Beach Mailbox Collection
Mailboxes of Distinction's newest product line is a reasonably priced upscale collection of quality-built and elegantly designed mailboxes. The three standard models are available for fast shipment to your home: The Melbourne, The St. Augustine and The Seville.
VI. How to Order
The process to order your both our custom Mailboxes of Distinction and our Palm Beach Collection are outlined in this section. Deposits are only required for our custom line of mailboxes.
- Design Deposit - An initial design deposit for our custom mailboxes of two hundred dollars ($200) is required to begin the design process of your custom Mailbox of Distinction.
- Manufacturing Deposit - A manufacturing deposit for our custom mailboxes of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price is required to begin fabrication of your mailbox.
- Quotations - After the design process of your custom mailbox is complete and you are happy with your Mailbox of Distinction, we will provide a written quotation with specifications and the cost to manufacture your unique mailbox.
- Shipping - We will be glad to make all of the necessary shipping arrangements for your mail box to be delivered to your home.
- Damaged Goods - Once the common ground carrier picks up your mailbox F.O.B. at our facility it becomes your property.
- Returns - All Mailboxes of Distinction are one of a kind custom orders.
- Order Cancellations - If you should need to cancel your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
- Payment Information - Mailboxes of Distinction accepts Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, personal checks and money orders. When paying with a personal check or money order, your order will be processed upon payment confirmation.
