Initial orientation provides specialized training so each individual performs their work in accordance with company expectations, established guidelines, principals and procedures.
In an effort to support employee productivity and personal drive to succeed, we provide supplemental training opportunities to enhance job skills and boost employees’ satisfaction with their jobs and working conditions. The level of training given each employee depends on their current job assignment, previous experience and job responsibilities. Targets are set each year for the training each employee is expected to complete.
